Solution:
This means that the Max Buffer Size in the Dynamics AX Server Configuration Utility is either too small or blank.
My VM for AX 2012 R3 CU8 environments was running with 48 KB buffer.
To Resolve the issue I opened the AX 2012 Server Configuration Utility
Path: (Start > Administrative Tools > Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Server Configuration)
and I created a new configuration pointing to the same AOS instance.
Under the tab named Database Tuning, I set the field named Maximum Buffer Size replacing 48 with 68, saved the configuration and it will ask for AX Changes will need to restart the AOS, click OK.
After AOS got up and running, I opened AX again and everything worked fine!
