An operation that uses the database driver could not be completed.
If the driver is a Microsoft driver, make sure the driver file isn't damaged,

and it is, reinstall the driver by reinstalling Microsoft Query.

Error:

An operation that uses the database driver could not be completed.
If the driver is a Microsoft driver, make sure the driver file isn't damaged,
and it is, reinstall the driver by reinstalling Microsoft Query.





Solution:

Well in my case it worked by giving the user access to the DB it is accessing.

    i'm having the same issue but im trying to access
    asazure://australiasoutheast.asazure.windows.net/asreportingpoc
    from an excel file azure analysis services. It seems to work in a test laptop without any error. i have tried installing the 3 drivers mentioned in the below link
    asazure://australiasoutheast.asazure.windows.net/asreportingpoc
    still the problem persists any suggestions?
