main issue was :

Microsoft.Dynamics.AX.Framework.Workflow.WorkflowEditorHost (4).application resulted in exception. Following failure messages were detected: + Deployment and application do not have matching security zones.


Fix:

Run IE as administrator and then click on edit workflow and the once application is downloaded just click to open, punch the details of user name password and the workflow will open!.
