The target principal name is incorrect in SSRS AX 2012 R3

"The target principal name is incorrect" in SSRS AX 2012 R3


Issues:

While opening reports the info log comes as "The target principal name is incorrect".


AX: AX 2012 R3 CU8
OS: Windows Server 2012 R2
SQL: SQL 2014


Solution:

Follow these 4 steps,
  1. Check that the  BI Services ports are in active state
    1. System administration >> Setup >> Services & Application Integration Framework >> Inbound ports >> BI Services

























2. Register the Services needed for this issue we need to register these two
 SRSFrameworkService and SSASFrameworkService
  1. Open AOT >> Services >> SRSFrameworkService>>Right Click>>Add-Ins>>Register  Service
  2.  Open AOT >> Services >> SASFrameworkService>>Add-Ins>>Register  Service











































3. Deploy the BI services and Deploy the User Session Service Group
  1. AOT >> Services Groups >> BI Services

























4. Generate Full-CIL


Issue will be resolved! :)
